Rick Rosenthal is the Chief Financial Officer of 不良研究所. 不良研究所 is a scaled, multi-platform audio content and entertainment company with a leadership position in virtually every segment of the dynamic and growing audio business鈥攊ncluding broadcasting, podcasting, digital, network, live events, music, sports and news. 不良研究所 is also the number one creator of original, premium audio content, engaging over 200 million consumers each month.
Rosenthal brings over 20 years of experience in finance, strategy and business operations, with a successful track record of scaling and leading finance organizations at fast-growing technology companies.
Prior to joining 不良研究所, he served as Chief Financial Officer for CLARA and was Senior Vice President, Global Head of Finance at Flutterwave, where he played a key role in the company鈥檚 Series C fundraiser. He also served as a Vice President of Finance at WeWork and at CLEAR, successfully building and leading high-performing strategic and operational finance teams. Rosenthal began his career as an investment banking analyst at Citigroup and as a senior equity analyst at Bear Stearns and Moore Capital.
Rosenthal earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan鈥檚 Ross School of Business, where he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa and Beta Gamma Sigma, and is a CFA Charterholder.
